Every horse needs a little girl…. this little girl needs her Best friend, Elroy!

Elroy is a rescue mini horse, rescued by Nicole Hammel from an abusive situation.

He was brought to North Shore Horse Rescue and sanctuary in Calverton, NY. There is where he found his forever home with Nicole. Nicole was a volunteer at North Shore Horse Rescue and sanctuary, and spent all her time rehabbing and regaining trust in Elroy. It took patience, love, gentleness, & time to win over his trust and love. It was a promise Nicole made to Elroy to never let anything bad ever happen to him again. He would be loved and safe the rest of his life with us.

Elroy in return rescued us and our hearts forever!!!

He will be loved by his little girl (Nicole's Grand daughter) for the rest of his life!
